Most feelings come from childhood
Depression means I’m not grieving
Men fear castration and women fear loss of love
Love is a repetition of self-love
Panic attack comes from childhood fears
The goal of treatment is the transition from childhood to adulthood
The symptoms hide internal conflicts
Our life is 90% unconscious
To love means to give myself

Shame and guilt are defenses against incest
Maturity has nothing to do with education or age
The first 12 months of life determine self-esteem
Motherhood means: “I include you”
Both men and women in relationships look for the mother figure
Things are both good and bad.
I love myself if another loves me
There must be enough room in the imagination for wickedness
What we criticize we desire

psychological support, i.e. the understanding of ourselves which is done comprehensively through individual psychotherapy, essentially brings people closer to their personal development.

The mental health specialist, the one who is a psychological psychotherapist, has the long and specially specialized training to be able to understand and analyze emotionally the inner needs of our life. But what are these essential needs of life?

So mainly, as it emerges from psychological training and long-term clinical experience, in this life, the most difficult issue is relationship problems. A person who has completed his studies, who is intelligent, who has the potential to do well in his life, may not be well inside.

The problem is the relationships he has internalized in his psyche. It is the relationships from the first year of life up to six years of life. One repeats these throughout one’s life and also in psychotherapy, whether individual, group, or couple.

The difference is that in the therapeutic relationship we make deep repairs, so the compulsive repetition of the problems gradually stops.  Take care of yourself when you feel something is wrong.

Ask for a session and let’s talk.

In all forms of psychotherapy I follow a privacy policy and everything you say is confidential.

In many cases even one session can be helpful.
